硫酸装置尾气脱硫工艺的选择与运行

摘    要:介绍了南化公司硫酸磷肥部为实施硫酸尾气二氧化硫治理项目,为3套硫磺制酸装置选用超重力吸收-喷射氧化和氨法工艺新技术处理尾气,并将转化工序原先采用的柴油直接升温法改造成电加热器干燥空气升温法,从而大幅提高了升温速度。采用尾气处理工艺后,放空二氧化硫质量浓度控制在200 mg/m~3以下,且硫酸装置尾气二氧化硫治理系统实现了与主装置同步稳定运行。

Choice and operation of tail gas desulphurization process of sulphuric acid plants

Abstract:Technology of supergravity absorption-injection oxidation and ammonia process was chosen by Sulphuric Acid & Phos- phate Department of Nanjing Chemical Industry Co. to treat tail gas from three sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plants for project of treating sulphur dioxide in tail gas of sulphuric acid plants, and meanwhile in conversion section method of drying air to raise temperature by electric heater instead of diesel raised temperature rise rate greatly. By tail gas treating process, concentration of SO2 was controlled below 200 mg/m3, and tail gas treating plants ran with main plants simultaneously and stably.
