艉机舱推进轴系单艉管轴承布置方案初探

摘    要:艉机舱船的轴系布置有多种型式:两个艉管轴承和一个中间轴承(O型),去掉一个艉管轴承而中间轴承保持在原位(A型),去掉一个艉管轴承而中间轴承后移(B型)等。校中计算表明,B型轴系具有轴承负荷影响系数小、对施工误差与船体变形不敏感等优点。此外,对于B型轴系,如果艉管前密封采用偏心设计或偏心安装的唇式密封、或者采用端面密封,艉管后轴承的斜镗孔也是可以避免的。

Discussion on Single Stern-tube Bearing Arrangement in Propulsion Shafting System of Rear Engine Room
Abstract:For a bulk carrier the propulsion shafting arrangement can be three types: two stern tube bearings plus one intermediate shaft bearing (type O),remove the fwd stern tube bearing but intermediate shaft bearing remains original position (type A),remove the fwd stern tube bearing and intermediate shaft bearing moves backward (type B). Alignment calculations have shown that the shafting B has smallest bearing reaction influence coefficient and is not sensitive to construction errors and hull deformation, etc., and also pointed out that for shafting B the slope boring of aft stern tube bearing maybe avoid if use the eccentric design or eccentric installation of the fwd stern tube simplex seal,or use face seal.
