摘    要:介绍了邢台恒源化工集团有限公司对磁硫铁矿进行弱氧焙烧的试生产情况,并对生产过程中影响弱氧焙烧工序的因素进行探讨,获得最优的工艺控制参数。恒源化工利用弱氧焙烧磁硫铁矿制硫酸,使矿渣中Fe2O3转变成Fe3O4,通过对矿渣进行磁选,得到了合格的铁精粉,降低了成本,提高了经济效益。

Abstract:Trial production of magnetic pyrite weak oxygen roasting in Xingtai Hengyuan Chemical Group Co. , Ltd. is described. Factors influencing the weak oxygen roasting process in production were discussed to obtain the optimal process control parameters. Preparation of sulphuric acid by weak oxygen roasting magnetic pyrite prohibited the oxidation of iron effectively, turned Fe2O3 in the slag into F3O4, and obtained qualified iron concentrate, cut the cost and improved economic benefits by magnetic seperating the slag.
