摘    要:主要介绍了硫磺制酸中几种焚硫炉测温热电偶的材质及使用情况,分析了热电偶易发生故障的原因。通过对几种材料的应用实践,选用镍基高温变形合金材料(Ni45Cr17Al)作保护套管,很好地解决了焚硫炉测温热电偶易坏问题。该热电偶可准确测量焚硫炉温度,为装置长周期稳定运行提供了保障。

Abstract:Materials and service conditions of several kinds of temperature thermocouples for sulphur furnace in sulphur-burning sulphuric acid production are described, and reasons of failure in thermocouples are analyzed. Through application and practice of several materials, high temperature deformation Ni-based alloy(Ni45Cr17A1) was applied to protective casing pipe, thus avoiding breakdown of temperature thermocouples for sulphur furnace. Accurately measuring temperature in sulphur furnace, temperature detection devices ensured plants run long-term steadily.
