硫铁矿制酸装置尾气脱硫设计及运行情况

摘    要:比较了7种烟气脱硫工艺的优缺点。介绍了钠碱法脱硫工艺在2套400 kt/a硫铁矿制酸装置尾气脱硫系统的应用情况。实践证明,该工艺脱硫效率高,脱硫后尾气ρ(SO2)<300 mg/m3,有时甚至更低,尾气基本无白色羽烟。投资及运行费用较低,且不产生新的固体废物。

Abstract:Seven types of flue gas desulphurization technologies are compared. Application of natrium-alkali technology for tail gas desulphurization in two 400 kt/a pyrite-based sulphuric acid plants is introduced. Practice showed that desulfurization efficiency was high, with SO2 concentration in tail gas less than 300 mg/m3 or even less, and no SO2 plume found in tail gas. Investment and operation cost were lower with no new solid waste produced.
