| Abstract: | The research of scanning probe microscope(SPM) commonly used platform provides a new idea and method for developing SPM instrument, makes SPM instrument more common,open and combinative. Here we introduce the theorem,composition,index of commonly used platform of SPM. The method of developing and combining SPM, the idea of researching on the brain commonly used platform of SPM are introduced. |
