连杆终锻过程变形行为的光塑性实验研究

摘    要:采用光塑性实验方法研究长轴类复杂锻件变形规律,针对AX100摩托车汽油机连杆终锻过程变形行为进行了光塑性实验,通过对不同典型截面切片的等倾线和等差线的观测分析,发现不同部位具有明显的变形特征:两头端以镦粗变形为主,并受工字梁杆和飞边的影响;两头端与工字梁杆过渡区具于明显三向应力状态,中心与外侧具有明显差别;工字梁杆部镦-挤复合变形。实验结果与理论和工艺中出现现象的定性分析是一致的,并可解释工艺中的

Abstract:The photoplasticity of deformation of connecting rod during finish forging was studied with AX100 motorcycle engine p10 connecting rod during finish forging. Plastic pattens observed show both large and small ends are under upset deformation and the influence of H beam and flash, the regions between H beam and the two ends are in obvious three directional stress state, and H beam is upset extruded. The experimental results agree with qualitative analysis and forging techniques, and were used to explain forging techniques . Compared with qualitative analysis, experiment results explain three directional feature of material plastic deformation meticulously.
