| 摘 要： | 根据热处理原理结合针布齿条生产实践，系统分析了针布齿条生产工艺及其热处理特点。要提高齿末齿尖耐磨度，根据问题是研究和改善针布齿条用钢丝材质及其热处理工艺，前者为优质耐磨针布提供前条件，后者是技术关键。

| Abstract: | In the light of thermo-treatment principle plus production practice,production process of wire and the property of the process systematically analyzed. To improve the durobility of the tips of wires, the key lies only in developing and improving the material quality and the thermo-treatment process of wires. Material quality is an essential prerequisite and the thermo-treatment is the key to tech problem. |
