摘    要:利用声波法监测炉内切圆流场,传统的处理数据方法是优化求解法。但是,如果把这种优化求解法用于声波法监测炉内切圆流场的在线应用,就存在速度慢的缺陷。文章利用BP神经网络对数据映射速度快的优势,对优化求解法进行改进。首先,以一台模型锅炉为研究对象,确定BP神经网络模型结构。然后,对该网络模型进行训练与仿真研究,结果表明,BP网络可以快速、准确和稳定地映射炉膛四角切圆流场特性,把BP神经网络应用于声波法监测炉膛切圆流场的在线监测具有可行性。

Abstract:The traditional method of treating with data is optimizing method in monitoring furnace tangential fluid field by acoustic method. But there is disadvangtage of slow calculating data. if the optimizing method is used in monitoring furnace tangential fluid field on line. In this paper, advangtage of quick mapping data of BP neural network is used to improve the optimizing method. We put a model boiler as a study object, and gain BP neural network model structure .Then, the gained network model is trained and simulated. The result of simulation shows that BP neural network which is used in monitoring furnace tangential fluid field by acoustic method on line is feasible.
