摘    要:拥有一个稳定的电源系统,是汽车各个电子器件正常工作最基本的保障。当电源部分发生故障时,为了排除故障,要求我们能够在电源发生故障的瞬间,捕捉电源实时的故障数据,并能在故障环境下稳定的保存下来。因此,基于解决此问题,采用混合单片机C8051 F系列,外扩了一种大容量的铁电存储器,外接实时时钟芯片,设计了一种高速度的数据记录系统,并在此基础上开发了电源监控系统,有针对性的给出了硬件和软件的设计细节和流程图。经特种车辆试验证明,该系统拥有抗过载冲击、抗干扰、数据断电不丢失,三防性能好等特点,最小采样周期可达0.1 ms,可以有效的捕捉电压跳变瞬间,并可以实时记录下故障数据,满足了实际的要求。

Abstract:Owning a stable power system is the basic job for all electronic devices of car. When the power failure happened, it asks us to be able to capture the power failure and the real-time data of power at the moment of troubleshooting. Therefore, in this paper, for solving this problem, it uses the mixed single-chip C8051F to expend a large capacity ferroelectrie memory, connect a real-time clock chip and design a high-speed data recording system. On this basis, the power control system is developed. According the test by special vehicles, besides the characteristic of power-down protection, the property of anti-overload and anti-jamming, the shortest sampling period is 0.1 ms. So, the system can capture the instantaneous voltage jump, and record the real-time data effectively. It can satisfy the actual request.
