基于光纤传感的污水油在线检测系统的研究

在分析了现有污水油检测手段比较落后、测量精度较低、适应环境能力差等问题的基础上,结合光纤传感系统的优点设计了污水油在线检测系统.该系统具有测量范围宽、精度高、体积小、重量轻、安装方便、适应环境能力强等优点.实验结果表明,利用光纤检测技术测量污水含油是可行的,对于石化行业污水排放和水资源的重复利用具有十分重要的意义.

Study On The On-Line Measurement Of The Oil In Waste Water Based On Optical Fiber Sensor

A detecting method of the oil in waste water which is based on the optical fiber sensor is designed to overcome the shortcoming of the traditional detecting methods such as low accuracy, weak ability to fit the surroundings and so on.. This method is characterized with wide measuring range, high accuracy, light weight, compact size, easy to install and adaptable to the surroundings. The research result shows that ,it is feasible, and has great significance for waster water discharge and water reuse in the petrochemistry.
