| 摘 要： | 系统分析了石油化工企业直接作业环节的HSE管理现状和不足,从承包商的准入、施工人员HSE教育培训、机器具检查确认、作业前对作业项目危害识别和风险评价以及直接作业环节HSE监督检查等环节着手,进行深入有益的探讨,最大限度地使直接作业处于安全受控状态。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a systematic analysis on the HSE management status and insufficiency in the direct operation link of petrochemical enterprises.It carries out a special study on contractor’s access,HSE education and training of constructors,mechanical inspection and verification,hazard identification and risk assessment of work item before operation,and the supervision and inspection of HSE in the direct operation link.This helps to ensure the safety of the direct operation and keeps the operation under control. |
