摘    要:应力腐蚀是核电汽轮机运行于湿蒸汽区域的低压部件中普遍存在的问题之一.采用的寿命可靠性分析方法是一种基于Clark模型思路发展的概率分析模型,并基于Abaqus平台,采用Python语言,开发了应力腐蚀寿命分析程序,对百万核电低压结构进行应力腐蚀寿命评估,为本公司在核电设备安全设计方面提供技术保证.

Abstract:Stress Corrosion Cracking(SCC) is one of the ubiquitous problems in the low pressure components of the nuclear steam turbine working in moisture environment.A life assessment procedure using Python language on ABAQUS platform is developed to create a deterministic and probabilistic procedure based on Clark model.The major objective of the present study is to assess stress corrosion life of the low pressure components for the 1 000 MW nuclear steam turbine.The application can supply technical guarantees for key component-design of nuclear steam turbine.
