苯酚精制树脂催化剂的研究

摘    要:以精制前的粗苯酚为原料,在固定床反应装置上采用强酸性阳离子交换树脂KC113作为催化剂,并将苯酚以不同流速送入反应系统与树脂催化剂连续接触进行反应。最佳反应条件为:空速1.0 h-1,反应压力1 MPa,温度80℃,可得到总杂质去除率90%以上,苯酚着色率值95%以上的苯酚产品。结果表明,这种强酸性阳离子交换树脂连续催化精制苯酚反应,可将杂质从苯酚分离出去,此法可得到高质量的苯酚,流程简单易行,收率高。

Abstract:The unrefined phenol as raw material,strong acid cationic exchange resin as catalyst,the phenol was transported into a fixed bed reactor with different flow rate,then to contact with the catalyst continuously for reaction.The best parameters were following,the airspeed of 1.0 h-1,reaction pressure of 1 MPa,temperature of 80 ℃,over 90% of the impurity removed,phenol UVT values above 95%.The results show that the process is simple and practicable,and the impurities can be separated from phenol by the reaction of phenol refined,high quality phenol obtained with satisfactory yield coefficient.
