| Abstract: | The ecological construction is implemented in the upstream region of Heihe river for the conservation of water source and the protection of Heihe river fountainhead. The paper engages in the back-assessment of socio-economic effect after the ecological construction, engages in the analysis with contrasting method and fuzzy comprehensive assessment method taking Sunan county as the example. |
