| 摘 要： | 现代过程感知的信息系统是由过程模型驱动的,过程建模是系统成功运行的关键因素。工作流挖掘技术旨在通过分析事件日志自动产生过程模型,辅助过程模型的设计与再设计。该文首先介绍了工作流挖掘的概念和一般步骤,然后对国内外工作流挖掘的研究现状作了综述,重点介绍了几种有代表性的过程挖掘算法,最后讨论了工作流挖掘领域目前存在的挑战性问题。
