摘    要:文章对Novolen聚丙烯装置上的载气分离塔进行了改造,并对载气分离塔改造前后的分离效果进行了评价。经过改造后,载气分离塔运行稳定且达到了设计要求;在抗冲共聚生产时塔顶轻组分和塔底重组分含量都可以达到设计值。此外,此载气分离塔的改造经验证是成功的,且改造施工简便易行,可节约大量的设备及基建投资。

Abstract:The technical reform of carrier gas splitter for Novolen polypropylene Process was carried out, and the separation effect of the carrier gas splitter before and after the technical reform was evaluated in the paper. After the technical reform, the actual operation is stable and the running data can satisfy to the design requirement. The contents of ethylene at column top and propylene at column bottom were meet the design values at the production of impact polypropylene copolymer. In addition, the technical reform of the carrier gas splitter was proved to be successful, and the method is simple, can save a lot of equipment and infrastructure investments.
