基于PXI总线的导弹自动测试系统设计

摘    要:导弹系统的研制过程需要模拟导弹的真实工作条件,对弹上各控制部件进行实时监测,因此提出一种基于PXI总线与虚拟仪器技术的导弹通用自动测试系统;论述了该测试系统的总体方案,系统的硬件配置和软件设计;重点阐述了使用虚拟仪器技术作为软件开发平台,实现弹上多路多种相关信号并行采集、实时显示、处理分析和数据回放功能,并针对不同型号的导弹形成测试程序集;现已成功应用于多型导弹的自动测试,为准确定位导弹故障提供了有效的解决途径,极大提高了导弹测试系统的快捷性、准确性和通用性。
