摘    要:为了测量中微子实验中的工业信号,设计了一套通用工业信号采集板,可以采集4~20mA的电流信号和0~10V的电压信号,并有开关量输入输出功能;经过测量,电压值最大偏移量小于1mV,满量程为10V,线性度优于0.1%;电压值最大偏移量小于1.5mV,满量程为5V(电流信号经过采样电阻得到的电压),线性度优于0.1%;实验证明该系统具有搭配灵活、工作可靠、使用方便和低成本的特点,并且系统测量精度高,抗干扰能力强,完全符合设计的要求。

Abstract:In order to measure the industrial signal of the neutrino experiment,a set of general industrial data acquisition board is designed.It can collect 4 ~ 20mA current signal and voltage signal 0 ~ 10V,and a digital input and output.Through the measurement,the maximum offset voltage is less than 1mV,full scale is 10V,linearity is better than 0.1%;maximum offset voltage is less than 1.5mV,full range is 5V(current signal received through the sense resistor voltage),linearity is better than 0.1%.Experiments show t...
