基于PCC的航空机轮加载试验台控制系统的实现

摘    要:针对现代航空机轮加载试验台高可靠性和高精度的要求,提出了基于可编程计算机控制器(PCC)的新型机轮加载试验台控制系统的实现方法;系统以贝加莱PCC为控制核心,通过传感器实时采集载荷信号,采用模糊自整定PID控制算法实现对试验台液压系统的控制,完成机轮加载试验;同时,通过高速以太网与工业控制计算机进行通信,实时上传并且记录试验数据;试验结果表明,该系统具有稳定性高、实时性好、控制精度高等特点。

Abstract:In view of the requirement of high reliability and high precision in aero-tyre load test bed,a new type of control system based on PCC is designed.B&R PCC is exploited as the control core,through the real-time sampling of pressure signal by sensor and the fuzzy self-tuning PID,the load test is achieved.Meanwhile,the PCC communicates with the industrial control computer by high-speed Ethernet to upload and record test data in real time.The experimental results show that the system has a high stability,high r...
