绿色指数法——一种环境影响量化评价新方法

在环境影响评价制定原则的基础上，提出了一种新的环境影响量化评价方法——绿色指数法。该方法采用层次分析法确定每一物质的环境影响类型，并且用关联式的方法代替了常用的等级评分法，因而可以与经济效益结合起来，用于化工过程系统的优化中。

Chemical Green Index--A New Environmental Impact Quantitative Assessment for Chemical Process Synthesis

The aggravation of environmental pollution more and more needs consideration of its impact problem on chemical process synthesis.In this paper,a new quantitative method--chemical green index is put forward on the basis of environmental impact quantitative assessment criteria.The method adopts an analytical hierarchy method to define environmental performance index of every substance,and uses correlation score instead of ranking score,so it can be integrated with economic benefit to optimize the chemical process system better.
