| 摘 要： | 结合天津某产业区发展特性,以区内各种水资源在生活、工业、生态等方面应用的比例系数以及产业区的水面和绿地面积为自变量,建立了以总费用最小、新鲜水用量最少和COD排放量最少为目标的多目标函数,以供应能力、经济发展和环境保护为约束条件建立模型并进行求解.最后,建立了产业区水资源供需平衡评价指标体系,评价结果表明,模型的求解配置结果不仅满足了水资源的供需平衡,同时也能够满足产业区资源节约、环境友好、生态宜居的要求.
