500kV断路器合闸回路故障引起的保护误动事故分析

摘    要:针对一起3/2接线的500 kV输电线路继电保护误动作事故,初步判断为变电站侧先合断路器重合闸不成功所致,进一步检查发现为该先合断路器合闸联锁回路设计理念不合理所致。指出断路器控制回路应执行成熟的电气五防设计原则,即断路器操作不应受任何隔离刀闸位置联锁。探讨了目前该合闸控制回路、IWJ继电器监视回路和合闸联锁回路设计原理及其优缺点,最后针对该问题提出相应的改进方案。

Fault Analysis on an Incorrect Relay Action Caused by Closing Operation Circuit Malfunction of 500 kV Power Breaker

Abstract:Based on an incorrect action of 3/2 wiring 500 kV transmission line relay system,it was sentenced to the failure of the first closing breaker action in substation side.According to the check and analysis of the scene,it was sentenced that the fault was caused by unreasenable design of the closing operation circuit.Matured design should be firmly executed,breakers operation should not be interlocked by disconnectors' status.This paper researches the design principles and characteristics of the closing operation circuit,TWJ relay monitoring circuit and its interlocking circuit,several improved schemes are presented on this question simultaneously.
