基于激励因子的AGC机组辅助服务评估方法

摘    要:对AGC机组辅助服务进行合理有效的评估不仅能够体现电力市场的公平,还能够激励AGC机组高效运行以及提升其调节性能。提出了一种AGC机组辅助服务的综合激励评估新方法,该方法在调节电量评估法的基础上,引入了机组调节容量激励因子和机组调节速率激励因子。实例分析结果表明:该方法不仅能够合理有效评估AGC机组辅助服务的贡献量,还能够促使AGC机组客观真实上报其调节性能,并激励机组调节性能的提高。该方法是合理有效的,且对AGC机组具有激励作用。

Abstract:The reasonable and effective valuation on ancillary service of AGC unit can not only embody the electricity market fair,but also stimulate the efficient operation and improve the adjusting performance of AGC unit.A new comprehensive motivational evaluation method for ancillary service of AGC unit is proposed,which introduced the adjusting capacity motivational factor and adjusting speed motivational factor based on the adjusting generation evaluation method.Example analysis result shows that this method can not only evaluate the ancillary service contribution of AGC unit reasonably and effectively,but can also prompt the AGC unit to report its own adjusting performance objectively and truly,and to advance its own adjusting performance.The proposed method is reasonable and effective,and plays incentive effect on AGC unit.
