DCS远程专家指导系统的设计与实现

摘    要:据DCS网络安全相关规定,DCS不允许直接联网,电厂设备运行一旦出现问题只能邀请专家亲临指导,严重影响了电厂的安全运行.DCS专家指导系统采用采集端-服务器-专家端3部分交互实现专家指导,利用采集卡将图像数据采集到允许联网的机器上,对图像数据进行一系列压缩、识别等处理,将得到的最小图像数据公网传输到异地专家面前,分别在B/S、C/S模式下进行了实现.本系统的实现既保证了DCS安全性的要求,同时使电厂设备出现的问题可以被实时地解决,具有很好的时效性和经济性,为电厂设备的稳定运行提供了强有力的保障.

Abstract:According to the relevant provisions of DCS network security,the DCS is unable to realize the remote expert guidance as it is not allowed to connect the network directly,which causes a lot of problems and seriously affects the safe operation of power plant.The DCS expert guidance system implements the expert guidance by adopting the interaction of sampling terminal,server and expert terminal.Data acquisition card is used to acquire and transmit images onto a machine connected to the network.A series of the images compression and recognition is performed to obtain and transmit the minimum image data to the remote expert.The system is realized based on B/S and C/S mode and of high timelines and economy,which not only ensures the DCS security requirements,but also solves the problems occurred in the power plant in real time.
