清洁和可再生物质能源发展的思考

摘    要:作为战略新兴产业的清洁和可再生的生物质能源,虽有替代化石能源、保护环境、促进现代农业和农民增收等社会需求和《中华人民共和国可再生能源法》、《可再生能源中长期发展规划》等法规条例的推动~([1-2]),但发展一直不尽人意。以我国出台的《大气污染防治行动计划》为背景,阐述了我国发展可再生物质清洁能源替代煤炭、化石能源已具备的成熟时机和条件,通过对比分析,得出以生物质为原料获取天然气是实施气代煤的最佳途径。

Abstract:As a strategic emerging industry,the development of clean and renewable biomass energy is unsatisfactory although there are social needs of alternative fossil energy,environment protection,modern agriculture,increasing farmers' income,pushing of Renewable Energy Law of People's Republic of China,Long-mid-term Development of Renewable Energy.Based on prevention and control action plan of atmospheric pollution,this paper expounds that the opportunity and condition to develop renewable clean energy instead of coal,fossil energy has matured.Through comparison and analysis,it is concluded that using biomass as raw materials for natural gas is the best way to implement the coal gas generation.
