摘    要:某公司的600 MW超临界锅炉在投入商业运行约2年后,频繁发生末过末再受热面泄露问题,频繁的启停机操作及降参数运行使机组的煤耗、厂用电量大大增加.为提高机组效率,降低发电成本,对锅炉末过末再受热面进行了改造,并着重分析了改造后的节能降耗效果,对所产生的经济效益、社会效率进行了计算.

Abstract:The steam leakage from final superheater and reheater occurred frequently in a 600 MW supercritical boiler after 2 years of its commercial operation.The frequent start-stop operation of unit and the reduction of operation parameters make coal consumption and auxiliary power consumption greatly increase.In order to improve the unit efficiency and reduce the cost of power generation,the transformation of the final superheater and reheater heating surface is carried out.The paper introduces the modification process,analyzes the effect of the transformation on saving energy and reducing consumption,and calculates the economic benefits of the transformation.
