蒸发冷却通风降温系统在空冷配电间中的地区适用性分析

摘    要:为了判断蒸发冷却通风降温系统在各地区空冷配电间的适用性,用夏季通风室外计算参数计算室外空气经过直接蒸发冷却、间接-直接两级复合蒸发冷却、间接蒸发冷却-机械制冷通风降温系统的出风温度,提出适用性分析的方法和步骤,并根据空冷配电间的设计要求选择适合该地区的蒸发冷却通风降温方案,并对各方案进行负荷计算和能耗分析。适用直接蒸发冷却、间接-直接两级复合蒸发冷却通风降温系统地区机组的能效比范围分别为4.3~13.1、5.1~6.4;间接蒸发冷却-机械制冷通风降温地区系统中间接段制冷量占总制冷量的26.3%~48%。研究结果对全国各地区空冷配电间蒸发冷却通风降温系统的选择与设计提供借鉴。

Applicability Analysis of Ventilation System with Evaporative Cooling for Air-cooled Invert Rooms

Abstract:In order to determine the applicability of ventilation system with evaporative cooling for air-cooled invert rooms,the outdoor air design conditions for summer ventilation is used to calculate the outlet air temperature of outdoor air cooled by direct evaporative cooling(DEC),a two-stage evaporative cooling(I/DEC) consisting of an indirect evaporative cooling stage(IEC)followed by a direct evaporative cooling stage(DEC),indirect evaporative cooling combined mechanical refrigeration ventilation systems.The methods and procedures are proposed.The proper ventilation scheme with evaporating cooling is selected based on the engineering requirement for options,load calculation and energy consumption are analyzed.The range of energy efficiency ratio(EER) of DEC I/DEC is 4.3~13.1 and 5.1~6.4 respectively;The IEC accounted for 26.3%to 48%of the total refrigeration.The research result can guide the selection and design of ventilation system with evaporative cooling for air-cooled invert rooms in each region of China.
