经管类专业顶岗实习管理的探索与实践

由于从事的大多是服务性工作，经管类专业顶岗实习的顺利开展、质量监控一直是个难点。深圳职业技术学院经管学院在不断完善顶岗实习质量监控的过程中，从搭建顶岗实习平台、建立兼职导师队伍、探索校企合作新模式、灵活调整教学计划、制度完善五方面进行了持续的探索与实践，形成了比较成熟的经管类专业顶岗实习模式，有效地提高了顶岗实习的实效。

Field Practice Management of Economic and Management Speciality in Higher Vocational Colleges

It is always difficult to successfully carry out field practice for economic and management speciality in higher vocational colleges, because most part of the work is service-type labour. The Economic and Management Department in Shenzhen Polytechnic made exploration and practice on structuring platform, forming a director staff by increasing concurrent posts, probing new model of cooperation between school and enterprise, flexibly adjusting teaching plan and improving rules and regulations in the course of bringing field practice monitoring. Now we have formed relatively mature field practice model in economic and management speciality, and the model is beginning to have an actual effect.
