泰州市高港又化中心是由政府与开发商共同运作的一个“又化商业”综合体,具有人流量大的步行交通、广泛的市民参与性等特点。其规划设计将化项目和商业项目分别布置在基地的西、东两侧,强调人车分流,通过开辟步行街、小广场及室外公共平台使又化项目与商业项目取得协调。

Gaogang Cultural Center in Taizhou city isa"cultural and commercial"complex jointly operatedby the government and the developer.It is charac-terized by big flow of pedestrian and extensivepublic participation.The project is planned and de-signed to place the cultural project and the commer-cial project on both the west and east side of thebase respectively.Stress is placed on the separateflow of people and vehicles.By opening pedestrianstreet,small square and outdoor public space wecan achieve harmony between cultural project andcommercial project.
