基于磁角度传感器云台控制系统的设计与研制

摘    要:新型集成磁角度传感器具有360°全量程测量和优异的综合使用性能,将该角度传感器引入云台平面转动、俯仰角的测量与反馈控制,实现对云台转角分辨力0.022°、线性度0.3%的高精度测量。结合微型计算机可以给出模拟量与数字量的多种输出形式,同时,结合控制电路可以实现定点跟踪与闭环控制,实现了对传统云台结构的重大改进。

Abstract:The new integrated magnetic sensor has excellent multiform performance,which can encode over a full turn of 360°.The sensor is used in the pan-silt's measurement and control of horizontal direction and pitch angle.It realizes angular measurement with resolution of 0.022° and linearity of 0.3 %.Combining with micro-computer,the pan-silt which provides two outputs of analog signals and digital signals achieves pursuit and closed loop control.The traditional configuration of pan-silt is greatly improved.
