禹门口一级站1#、2#机组技改方案优化研究

摘    要:本文主要介绍了禹门口一级站两台小机组三次技改及测试情况,指出了900HLB—16型立式混流泵机组转轮设计存在的问题及造成水泵出水流量不足、效率降低的主要原因。肯定了禹门口一级站根据黄河水位抬高的现状采取降低设计扬程,更换为900HLB—10B型水泵的改造方案。实践证明此方案是成功的。

Abstract:In this paper,the regime of the technic modification and in- situ test at three times for two small units in Yomenkou pump station No.1 are introduced.Through the above test,the 900HLB- 16 mixed flow pump unit's problem existing in its runner design and the main reason causing the pump discharge to be lacking and the pump efficiency to be low are pointed out. In conclusion,in the light of the fact that the Yellow River's water level has risen at present time, that the scheme of changing the 900HLB- 16 into 900HLB- 10 mixed flow pump is adopted by decreasing design pump lift has been affirmed.The in- situ test shows that the pump discharge of the two units after changing basically meet the needs in design.
