打浦路隧道浦西日晖港填浜技术研究

摘    要:打浦路隧道复线工程浦西的主出入口位于原黄浦江支流日晖港之上,需对其进行填浜处理。通过对现状建设条件的分析,应对清淤过程中的防汛墙和管线进行保护。经过对内支撑清淤、淤泥固化、抛石挤淤和水泥搅拌桩复合地基4种方法的比选,综合施工经验、道路沉降控制和工程造价等方面因素,最终选用水泥搅拌桩复合地基方法。经实施,隧道接线道路1 a工后沉降为2 cm,满足要求。

Abstract:The main entrance & exit of Puxi section of Dapu Rd.Tunnel Double-line project shall be made a filling creek treatment,for it is located above Rihuigang,an original tributary of Huangpu River.Through an analysis of current construction condition,the flood control wall and the pipelines shall be protected during the desilting process.After a selection of four methods including inner supporting & desilting,silt strengthening,riprapping and cement mixing pile composite foundation,at last,cement mixing pile composite foundation is determined due to the construction experience,road settlement control and engineering pricing,etc.The settlement of the tunnel connecting road may reach 2 cm after 1 a,which can meet the demand.
