| 摘 要： | 用玉米淀粉与氯乙酸和氢氧化钠为原料,在异丙醇溶剂中反应制得了取代度为1、2的羧甲基淀粉钠,并考察了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间对产物取代度的影响,找到了最佳反应条件。

| Abstract: | Carboxymethyl starch sodium with degrees of substitution (DS) 1. 2 was prepared by corn starches, chloroacetic acid and sodium hydroxide in the iso-propyl alcohol medium. The effects of the ratio of reactants, reaction temperature and reaction time on the product degrees of substitution have been investigated and the optimum reaction conditions have been found. |
