摘    要:利用颗粒群经过上下游不同光束时所产生的消光信号之间的相似性,互相关计算得到颗粒群的二维流速。对石灰石和煤粉颗粒的试验结果表明:该方法测量误差和标准偏差均在10%以内,具有较高的测量精度和稳定性,对不同种类、不同粒径颗粒的适应性较强。对影响测量精度的两大关键因素进行了讨论:①测量区域内的颗粒总数;②上、下游光束间距。图4参4

Abstract:This paper presents experimental results of research on non-contact measurement of 2-dimension flow velocity of solid particles in a pneumatic transport line. The method is based on time domain similarities of fluctuation signals from three adjacent laser beams, through which particles traverse. The cross-correlation technique is used to investigate time delay of different signals and flow velocity of solid particle. Results obtained for two granulated materials (limestone and coal) show that relative measurement errors were lower than 10%, independent of particle size and shape. Effects of particle concentration and beam spacing on effective values (RMS) of transmission signals are discussed. Figs 4 and refs 4.
