高效液力偶合器试验研究

摘    要:高效液力偶合器,是一种与普通液力偶合器原理不同的新型流体偶合器,其额定工况无滑差的特点,使大功率液力偶合顺发热的问题得到根本解决,本就同步工况特性进行了试验研究,从试验结果中了解充油量,进口遮盖面积,斗安放角等因素对该偶合器特性的影响,为它的设计和正确使用提供基本的试验数据。

Abstract:The high efficient hydraulic coupling (non-slip static hydro-mechanical coupling) is a new type of fluid coupling with a principle different from conventional hydraulic coupling. Its feature of non-slip under rated operating conditions has completely solved the heating problem of high powered hydraulic coupling. An experimental research has been conducted on the characteristics of synchronous operation. The impact of factors such as oil-filling amount, inlet covering area and bucket laying angle, on the performance of the coupling are known from experiment results. Basic test data are thus provided for its design and correct usage.
