摘    要:提出一种适用于逆变桥臂的无源无损耗吸收电路.该电路采用了附加最少元件数的优化结构,把吸收能量集中传输至一个储能电容,再通过谐振过程将能量回馈至直流母线.该拓扑结构无源、无电阻相关损耗,主开关管的关断冲击电压和开通电流过冲都很小,且拓扑简单,性能良好.与之相对应,给出了换流分析、解析描述以及仿真、实验结果.由此验证了该方案的正确性和有效性.

Abstract:This paper presents a novel passive snubber circuit suitable for inverter bridge leg modules.The optimized configuration is adopted in the main snubber circuit with the minimum number of additional components.Being firstly transferred into a buffer capacitor,the snubber energy is recovered into the DC rail, based on a series of resonance.The circuit has no resistance loss,and the voltage and current stress of the main switch is low.Operation analysis,parameter designs are presented along with the simulation and experimental confirmation.
