| 摘 要： | 提出了将灵芝孢子破壁和有效成分提取结合起来,经过一次加工处理就能同时完成灵芝孢子的破壁和提取的破壁提取法。详细阐述了该方法中灵芝孢子的破壁情况。实验结果表明:最佳破壁提取工艺的参数为:5%酒精为溶剂,超声波处理10min,高压处理的压力为400MPa,保压5min。

| Abstract: | The breaking-extracting method was proposed by which the ganoderma lucidum spores can be broken and its components can be extracted in one step. The details of broken ganoderema lucidum spores in the process were described. The optimum conditions to extract the polysaccharide of ganoderma lucidum spores are: water solution of 5% alcohol as the solvent, treating 5 minutes with ultrasonic wave, processing pressure is 400 MPa and hold this pressure for 5 minutes. |
