电刷镀Ni-P合金工艺及其耐盐雾腐蚀性能研究

摘    要:对Ni-P合金刷镀液的组成和工艺进行了研究 ,同时和纯Ni刷镀层比较,研究了两种镀层的耐中性盐雾腐蚀性能,并用SEM和EDS对腐蚀前后镀层的表面形貌和成分进行了观察与分析.试验结果表明:通过该工艺可以获得良好的Ni-P合金刷镀层,Ni-P合金刷镀层的耐中性盐雾(NSS)腐蚀性能优于Ni刷镀层.

Abstract:The solution composition and the operating conditions for depositing Ni P alloy brush plating layers are studied in this paper. The corrosion resistances of Ni and Ni P alloy layers in salt spray test are compared.The surface and composition of layers are also observed and analyzed by SEM and EDS. The experiment results show that good Ni P alloy brush plating layers are acquired by the process, which shows better corrosion resistance than the pure nickel layers.
