模块化多电平DC-DC变换器研究综述

摘    要:模块化多电平结构相比常规箝位型多电平和级联型多电平结构,具有更好的模块化设计、高压应用、多电平输出等性能。基于模块化多电平结构的DC-DC变换器特别适合中高压大容量直流输配电及新型直流负载供电。首先介绍了模块化多电平结构的组成及特点;其次对现有模块化多电平DC-DC变换器的主要拓扑结构及相应的调制控制方法进行了详细的总结梳理,并分析了变换器的故障隔离保护机制;最后对模块化多电平DC-DC变换器的研究难点及前景进行了展望。已有的研究表明,模块化多电平DC-DC变换器以其优越的电能变换性能,在价值需求的牵引下必然引领新的直流输配电技术的革新高潮。

Abstract:The modular multilevel structure has advantages over the conventional clamped multilevel structure and cascade multilevel structure in modular performance, high-voltage application and multilevel output. The DC-DC converter based on the modular multilevel structure is especially suitable for medium-high voltage and large-capacity DC transmission and distribution as well as DC power supply. This paper has given an introduction about the composition and characteristics of the modular multilevel structure, a summary of the main topologies and modulation control methods of DC-DC converters, an analysis of the protection mechanism of fault isolation, and an exploration of the difficult points and prospects of the modular multilevel DC-DC converter. Studies show that because of its superior electrical energy conversion performance, the modular multilevel DC-DC converter will certainly lead to technical innovations in DC power transmission and distribution according to the requirement of value.
