摘    要:采用电解电容抑制单相功率因数校正PFC(power factor correction)输出母线电压波动的方式受到电解电容本身寿命短、体积大等因素限制,难以做到高功率密度以及长时间稳定性。因此,提出一种采用双向升降压电路实现输出母线功率解耦的策略,从而可移除母线处的电解电容。详细分析了解耦电路的基本工作状态,并基于相关参数的设计考虑提出一种新型控制方案,在双闭环的基础上引入输出母线电压波动加权控制,进一步增加在功率解耦支路与输出母线之间转移的脉动功率,减小母线电压纹波,实验结果验证该电路及控制方案的有效性。

Abstract:It''s hard to achieve high power density and long time stability using electrolytic capacitors to suppress single-phase power factor correction(PFC) output bus voltage fluctuation. A strategy adopted a bidirectional Boost/Buck converter to decouple the power of output bus was proposed to remove the electrolytic capacitor. The basic working status of power decoupling circuit was analyzed in detail, the relevant parameters were given consideration, and a new control scheme introduced the weighted output bus voltage fluctuation control on the basis of double closed loop was proposed to further increase transferred ripple power between power decoupling branch and output bus, reduce bus voltage ripple. Experiment results are presented to verify the effectiveness of the circuit and control scheme.
