腐植酸钠粘结焦粉试验研究

本文介绍利用风化煤为原料,自制粘结剂进行焦粉成型和型焦造气试验,其结果说明在试验条件下,制得型焦的的机械强度和工业测定半水煤气成分完全满足合成氨生产用焦的要求。焦粉成型工艺简单,成本低。若能完善,推广这一技术,将给用焦炭制氨企业带来较大的经济效益。

Binding Coke Powder With Sodium Humate

Experiments were carried out to bind coke powder with effloresced coal as binder and to make gas with the coke formed in this way.The result showed that the mechanical strength, of the formed coke and the compo-sition of semi—water gas made from it could meet the demands of the synthesis of ammonia.The technique is a sim-ple,low cost process of coke formation,To perfect and populariae the technique would bring considerable benefit to the ammonia factories from coke.
