摘    要:划分网格是建立模型的一个重要环节,它要求考虑的问题较多,需要的工作量较大,所划分的网格形式将直接影响计算精度和计算规模。本文基于ICEM-CFD软件对电站锅炉数值模拟时网格划分的基本原则包括网格的数量、疏密、质量、分界点、形状等逐一进行分析,以某电厂6号炉炉膛燃烧状况的数值模拟为例,指出了采用ICEM软件在网格划分时应注意的技术问题。

Abstract:Meshing is a key step in modeling,the mesh form has a direct effect on calculating precision and time.Many factors must be considered and a lot of work must be done in meshing.The pulverized coal in power station boiler is modeled on ICEM-CFD.In order to build up correct and reasonable model,the principle of meshing is introduced in the paper,including quantity,density,quality,layout,shape,etc.And also the methods and analysis kit used in the ICEM mesh are analyzed and discussed in the number 6 Power Station Boiler of one power plant.
