超高分子量聚乙烯纤维/有机玻璃复合材料力学及摩擦磨损性能研究

摘    要:用真空浸渍法制备出了超高分子量聚乙烯纤维/有机玻璃(即UHMWPE/PMMA)复合材料,并研究了其力学性能和摩擦磨损性能。实验证明,UHMWPE/PMMA复合材料具有优良的力学性能和摩擦磨损性能。纤维表面处理可以改善复合材料的力学性能。三维编织纤维增强的复合材料的磨损量远小于长纤维增强的复合材料的,但其摩擦系数没有显著变化。

Abstract:UHMWPE fibers reinforced PMMA (UHMWPE/PMMA) composites were prepared by vacuum impregnation technique. A study was made on the mechanical and friction and wear properties of these UHMWPE-fiber/PMMA composites. Experimental results show that UHMWPE-fiber/PMMA composites have good friction and wear properties. The properties of the composites were improved after fibers were surface-modified. The wear rate of 3D-braided UHMWPE-fiber/PMMA composites was lower than unidirectional long UHMWPE-fiber/PMMA composites,but the friction coeffcient did not change too much.
