| 摘 要： | 文章基于纺制包大肚纱带子线的实验,简要介绍了大肚纱的纺纱工艺与成纱机理,指出了生产包大肚纱带子线的注意事项;在实验基础上,通过建立方差分析模型,分析了环锭回转频率和卷绕罗拉回转频率对其捻度和皮纱圈高等主要性能的影响,实验结果表明:两者对成品线的捻度、皮纱圈高有显著影响,而且存在显著的交互作用.

| Abstract: | On the basis of experiments of spinning big-belly yarn wrapped by belt yarn, the spinning technology and yarn forming mechanism are introduced in this paper. Some noticing points are also pointed out. On the foundation of the experiments and through constructing the variance analysis model, the effects of spindle rotation frequency and the winding roller rotation frequency on the main factors as the twist and the loop height of sheath yarn are analyzed. Experimental results show that the ring spindle rotation frequency and the winding roller rotation frequency have obviously effect on the twist and loop height of sheath yarn. |
