新型辊道窑炉衬的设计与应用

摘    要:介绍了国内常用的两种辊道窑炉衬的设计方案,设计了一种新型辊道窑炉衬的结构方案,并采用国外先进分析软件Heatflow对3种炉衬结构的热工性能进行了分析和比较。根据国内耐火材料的价格对其进行了经济性分析。结果表明,新型辊道窑炉衬方案在节能和经济性方面具有较大的优越性。

Abstract:Two kinds of projects for roller hearth kiln's furnace liner in our country are introduced . A new kind of roller hearth kiln's furnace liner is designed here. All of three kinds of projects are analyzed and compared with advanced software Heat flow coming from abroad, and their performance of economics are analyzed with the prices of fireproof material in our country. As a result the new project for roller hearth kiln's furnace liner has favorable advantages in economize on energy and performance of economics.
