| 摘 要： | 针对机械加工中切屑处理问题，研究了切屑折断过程及槽型ＣＡＤ专家系统的总体设计，知识表示模式及知识库的设计与实现方法。该系统不仅可以实现折断判断、断屑范围，刀片参数选择等咨询工作，还能根据用户要求设计刀片槽型，为进一步研究切屑折断过程提供了依据。
