1040CQW型轻泡货物柴油载货汽车底盘悬架的改进设计

摘    要:1040CQW型轻泡货物柴油载货汽车具有较好的动力性和载货适应性,但底盘悬架沿用BJ130型的原设计方案,造成了钢板弹簧的早期断裂现象.现采用KQC1044型钢板弹簧,其安装尺寸不变;刚度提高,使其乘载能力加大,但固有频率未超标;后钢板弹簧采用变刚度结构,使整车在空载及部分载荷时有较好的平顺性;采用变截面结构,使其应力分布均匀,大大提高了其使用寿命.

Abstract:The Type 1040CQW diesel light truck has good ability rating and load Compliance, but its chassis spring remains the former design of the type BJ130 Light truck and makes the spring broke early. Now, the new design select the Spring of the type KQC1040 light truck. Its assembly dimension is unchanged and the rigidity strengthens, which makes capacity of chassis enlarged, which the basic frequency of spring is nominal. When conversion rigidity structure are used make the truck had good stability with free road of partial load. It's conversion section structure makes the stress distribute uniformly and prolong the used life.
