高职院校“校企合作”模式的实践与思考

校企合作是高职院校人才培养模式改革的重要切入点。笔者以任教多年的《工程地质与土力学》课程为例,以与浙江省水利水电勘测设计院地勘岩土公司合作为契机,以浙江同济科技职业学院生产性实训基地杭州同济建材检测有限公司为平台,对我院校企合作运营模式现状进行梳理,对我院校企合作过程中的实质性建设内容和意义进行了归纳总结,并对目前我院校企合作中存在的不足以及如何加强校企双方的完全、积极合作提出了一些意见和建议。

The Analysis of the Situation of Professional College's School-Enterprise Collaboration Development

School-enterprise collaboration is the breakthrough point of the reform for talent training mode.The author of this article has been teaching"Engineering Geology and Soil Mechanics"for a couple of years.with the benefit of the collaboration with Hangzhou Tongji Construction Material Testing Company and the geotechnical investigation company of Zhejiang design institute of water conservancy&hydro-electric power,the author could study and investigate the current situation and mechanism of school-enterprise collaboration of zhejiang tongji college of science and technology.this article abstracts the good experiences and some shortcomings and give some good suggests and advices for longer,stronger and more positive collaboration between school and enterprises.
