| 摘 要： | 综述了镁合金化学镀Ni-P合金工艺的研究现状,包括浸锌法、直接化学镀Ni-P合金,主要集中在化学镀Ni-P合金主盐的选择,添加剂的研究以及组合镀层的研究等。此外对其它底层的探索也做了简单介绍。在此基础上指出了目前镁合金化学镀尚存在的问题及今后的发展方向。

| Abstract: | Present research status of process of electroless Ni-P alloy plating on magnesium alloys is reviewed in this paper,including zinc immersion and direct electroless Ni-P alloy.The discussion mainly focuses on the choice of the main salt,the study of the additives,environmentally friendly plating baths and multilayer coatings.In addition,other new undercoatings are also discussed.Based on the analysis,the existing problems and future development view are then given. |
